Come enjoy an evening of sound exploration
with Singer/ Sound Healer Cynthia Quintanal. In this workshop you will be introduced to some of the theory and research regarding the power of sound vibration and healing. We will dive into making sound together to feel and experience the power of our own voice as well as sacred instrumentation. Included in this practice will be the sounding of sacred seed mantras.This is the first opportunity locally for me to teach an introduction to sound healing and I am excited to share "Sound as a Path to Healing" with our community here. During this workshop, you will be given an opportunity to experience your own power through your voice and intention, to bring yourself into a state of ease, and perhaps even dissolve old blocks and patterns of disease. This will be an experiential, playful, and gentle exploration into the benefits of sound healing. No experience necessary, all voices welcome, come with a playful curiosity!

$35 if paid by 11/5, $45 thereafter

KIRTAN is the practice of sacred chant call and response as well as unison chanting. It is a repetitive chanting of the names of God in many languages and forms.
