MASSAGE- an array of massage modalities such as deep tissue, structural integration, celluar memory, trigger point, acupressure and energy healing combine to create healing on the physical as well as the emotional and soul level.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION-  done in a series of 11 sessions, the body is re-aligned segment by segment as in a Rolfing model. One to two weeks integration time is recommended in between sessions and it is also recommended that one be working with a psychologist as well during treatment.


CRANIOSACRAL- a light touch (generally no more pressure than the weight of a nickel or the practitioners hand) modality that strengthens the body's ability to heal itself and function to it's highest level of performance. Craniosacral is performed on a massage table or in a seated restful position with the client fully clothed. Nearly imperceivable techniques are used to relieve undue pressure on the spinal chord via blockages and imbalances. Clients generally report feeling like they just had a deep restful experience like waking from a good nap.


SOMATOEMOTIONALRELEASE- aka SER -
this is done in conjunction with Craniosacral and guided imagery as well as dialog are encompassed to help the client release long held emotional imprints and or trauma that has been stuck in the body over any number of years.


TRANSFORMATIONAL ENERGY WORK- sometimes accompanied by shamanic healing, unchording, past lives, family resonant work and ceremony. This work is done by referral only.


SOUND HEALING- this healing is done with crystal healing bowls as well as tibetan bowls played in a sequence that is unique for each individual. sometimes bowls are placed on the body or the sound is "sung" into the body in a particular area.


SOUL SONG- your particular vibration is tracked and a sequence of resonant notes are put together to create your very own song. clients report deep healing and a sense of going "home" when singing their soul song. The song is then written out for you to practice at home and then if you like you can record it for future times when you need to call yourself back into alignment.


COMBINATION SESSIONS- Rick and Cynthia can provide a combination of Reiki with any of the above modalities in which both will work on you at the same time. This provides an opportunity for a deep healing space and the power of Masculine and Feminine energies working in concert with and alignment of each other.
